CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel up to fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of class and will be reimbursed or rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days to the class date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS
Sorry, but students who are registered for a class and do not show will be assessed a 100% no show fee.

RESCHEDULES

Students may reschedule a class without penalty by notifying Ginger Snogles at (603) 879-9022 ext. 170 at least fourteen (14) days prior to the class date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class date within the fourteen (14) day period, you may send a substitute from your organization to avoid any fees provided that the person meets class prerequisites.

REIMBURSEMENTS

SCI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, registrants will be notified seven (7) days in advance of the first class date. Should SCI cancel a course, our liability is limited to the return or credit of the registration fee. SCI is not responsible for any other costs to students (e.g. airline penalties) incurred because of cancelled classes.
